The part most people don't know

The green stuff isn't dirt. It's alive.

Algae, mildew, and mold grow on your house — so the method matters. Blasting them off with the wrong tool is how siding cracks, paint strips, and shingles lose years of life. We carry both methods, and know which is which.

Soft washing

Garden-hose pressure + smart chemistry

A biodegradable cleaning solution kills algae, mildew, and mold at the root, then rinses off gently. The clean lasts longer because the growth is dead, not just knocked loose.

Pressure washing

Real PSI, only where it belongs

Hard surfaces need force. Professional surface cleaners put even pressure across every inch of concrete — years of grime gone, and none of the wand stripes DIY jobs leave.

Read all FAQs
What’s the difference between power washing and soft washing?

Power (pressure) washing uses high-pressure water and belongs on hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure — about like a garden hose — plus a cleaning solution that kills algae, mildew, and mold at the root. Siding, roofs, and painted wood should always be soft washed; driveways and sidewalks get real pressure. We do both, and using each where it belongs is most of what separates a professional job from a rental-machine weekend.

Are your cleaning solutions safe for plants and pets?

Yes, handled the way we handle them. We pre-wet all landscaping before applying anything, keep solutions diluted to surface-appropriate levels, and rinse plants and beds again when we finish. We ask that pets stay inside while we work, mostly so nobody gets startled by hoses and ladders.

How often should a house be washed around here?

Every one to two years for most homes in the New River Valley. Our humidity and tree cover grow algae faster than drier parts of the country — heavily shaded houses lean toward yearly, sunny open lots can stretch to two years or more.

How do quotes work?

Free and fast. Fill out the quote form with your address and what you need — most properties we can price from the details you give us plus what’s publicly visible, and we’ll reach out the same or next business day. No pushy walkthrough, no obligation.
