Why we soft wash siding instead of blasting it
High pressure can crack vinyl, etch fiber-cement, force water behind panels, and strip paint. That’s why siding manufacturers recommend low-pressure cleaning.
Our soft wash applies a biodegradable detergent and algaecide at roughly the pressure of a garden hose. The solution does the work — it breaks down organic growth instead of just pushing it around — then everything gets a thorough freshwater rinse. Algae dies at the root, so the clean lasts longer than a pressure-only wash.
Before we start, we pre-wet your plants and landscaping, and we rinse them again when we’re done. Windows, light fixtures, and outlets are worked around with care.

We pre-wet all landscaping before applying any solution, keep it diluted well below harmful levels, and rinse everything again afterward. Healthy plants come through the process fine.

How often should I have my house washed?

Do I need to be home?
No — as long as we can reach an outdoor spigot and any gates are unlocked. We do ask that windows are closed and pets are inside.
