We pre-treat the concrete with a cleaning solution to break down organic growth, then run the surface cleaner in slow, overlapping passes for a uniform finish. Stubborn spots get detailed with a wand afterward.
Oil and rust need chemistry, not just pressure — we treat those separately and are honest about what will lift completely versus fade. Deep-set stains that have had years to soak in don’t always come out 100%, and we’ll tell you that up front, not after.
A post-treatment helps keep algae from re-establishing in the joints and shaded runs.

Can you get oil stains out?
Usually most of the way, sometimes completely — it depends on how long the oil has had to soak in. We treat them with degreasers made for concrete and give you a straight answer about what to expect before we start.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not the way we do it. Concrete handles pressure well when it’s applied evenly through a surface cleaner. What damages concrete is holding a narrow wand tip too close for too long — the exact habit we avoid.
Do you clean pavers and stamped concrete too?
Yes — with adjusted pressure so we don’t blow out joint sand or dull the sealer. Tell us what surface you have when you request your quote.
How long will my driveway stay clean?
Most driveways look great for one to two years. Shaded or north-facing runs green up faster; the post-treatment slows that down considerably.
